Provider
When you start with us out of school we offer an hourly rate while you're training. Training lasts about a year. It will depend upon your skill level and willingness to be hands on. We require you to have hands on practice within 3 months. So you'll need to work on bringing in friends and family. Your commission will start as soon as you're taking clients, so you'll either make your hourly rate or your commission (whichever is higher). You'll have a weekly goal of service dollars to bring in, when that goal is met consistently for 3 months your commission rate will increase.
Provider 2
This is the in-between period after you've brought your service dollars in for 2 quarters and we increase your service pricing. That alone allows you to increase your take home pay.
Provider 3
When you're in demand your service prices will be at the top of the rate and your commission will continue to increase as you continuously make your goals every quarter.
Hair Stylists
We welcome stylists who are ambitious, hard working but maintain a healthy work-life balance, and enjoy a calm environment. We have a small team that enjoys working together and supporting each other.
Estheticians
Are you an esthetician who truly cares about the skin and the client? We'd love for you to join our team. We prioritize our clients whole health not just the skin. our team works together to bring the client that best care and results through holistic Care.
Massage therapists
We have options available for those massage therapists who want to work part time. Massage is hard on the practitioner and we want to support a your body as you support others. if you're willing to work with a team we can help support your career.
