Please understand we are a small business and we do our best to make your experience as relaxing and fun as possible but in case something goes awry here are our policies:



Cancellations within 12 hours of the start time to your appointment will be charged 60% of the service charge. Cancellations within 12-24 hours will be charged 50% off the service fee. No shows 100%. We understand things happen but we are not able to make exceptions at this time. We want to continue keeping our doors open throughout this pandemic and beyond. Every appointment counts. Thank you for understanding.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are listed correctly, but we are human and we can make mistakes. Most of our pricing has a + sign next to it. This is so we can show you the starting price. The more hair you have and the more product we use will increase the price.

We do not offer refunds but we will gladly adjust any service you receive within ten days of the original visit. Please call as soon possible to reschedule.


We will exchange any hair care product within two weeks of purchase. Any makeup, brushes, and skincare may be returned within two weeks only if unused and undamaged packaging.

All Boutique sales are final sales.


Gift Cards
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient. Card must be presented for redemption.
